Payment Methods

1. Accepted Payment Methods
   To facilitate our global customers, we offer the following secure and convenient payment options:

• PayPal: A globally accepted secure payment platform. You can pay using a credit/debit card or your PayPal balance.
• Bank Transfer (T/T): Suitable for corporate purchases or large orders. After making the payment, please send the remittance slip to our customer service email for quick verification.

2. Payment Process

• Order Confirmation: After you place an order, our customer service will contact you within 1 business day to finalize the order details and amount.
• Payment Link/Notification: After order confirmation, the system will email you payment instructions. For PayPal, you can complete payment directly via the link; for T/T, the email will contain our company bank details.
• Complete Payment: Please complete the payment promptly as per the instructions.

3. Important Notes

• Payment Deadline: To ensure your custom order enters the production queue promptly, please complete payment within 2 business daysafter order confirmation. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.
• Payment Security: We will never ask for highly sensitive information like your credit card security code (CVV) via email or phone. All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (PayPal).
• Invoice: We will send you a Proforma Invoice or a standard VAT invoice via email after your order ships.
