Suzhou VAXOR MOTOR Co., Ltd. has completed a Pre-A financing round worth tens of millions of RMB. The round was led by Shenzhen Capital Group, with participation from Tianqi Capital and Zhuoyuan Asia. Duowei Capital served as the exclusive financial adviser for the transaction and will continue to advise the company on future financing rounds.
The proceeds will primarily support the production ramp-up of next-generation micro axial-flux motors, the construction of an ultra-micro coreless motor production line, and the expansion of supply-chain capacity for global customers.
01. Addressing the Need for Miniature Precision Motion
The rapid development of embodied intelligence and robotics is creating new requirements for compact motion systems. Robotic hands, small humanoid robots, precision medical devices, and intelligent hardware require actuators that combine compact dimensions with high torque density, precision, reliability, and production scalability.
VAXOR MOTOR is addressing these requirements through micro axial-flux motor joint modules and ultra-micro brushless coreless motors for robotics, medical devices, consumer electronics, industrial automation, and advanced intelligent systems.
02. PCB Axial-Flux Motors and Compact Cycloidal Transmissions
VAXOR MOTOR is developing compact quasi-direct-drive joint modules based on a combination of PCB axial-flux motors and miniature cycloidal transmissions.
The company applies high-density interconnect technology to multilayer PCB motor windings to improve copper utilization and electromagnetic performance within a limited volume. It has also developed a compact single-stage cycloidal reducer intended to provide a high reduction ratio while maintaining rigidity, low backlash, and impact resistance.
By integrating the motor, reducer, encoder, and mechanical structure, the joint module reduces the number of transmission stages and components. Final performance figures should be referenced from the applicable product datasheet, test report, and model-specific documentation.
03. Expanding Production and Delivery Capacity
VAXOR MOTOR is working with customers in robotics, consumer electronics, and intelligent hardware on product validation and supply programs. Selected products have entered volume purchasing and delivery stages.
The company's intelligent manufacturing facility in Suzhou is operational. The financing will support product development, manufacturing expansion, reliability validation, supply-chain management, and global customer service.
04. An Interdisciplinary Engineering Team
VAXOR MOTOR's core team brings together experience in motor engineering, robotics, precision manufacturing, automotive electronics, and volume production.
Founder and CEO Zhang Yang has extensive experience in motor and intelligent-hardware development, covering product definition, engineering, and scalable manufacturing. CTO Han Jie has worked in motor and precision motion-system development for many years and has participated in the development and production of traction motors and precision motor products.
05. Supporting the Global Embodied-Intelligence Market
As embodied-intelligence technologies move from technical validation toward commercial deployment, miniature motors and compact joint modules are becoming increasingly important robotic components.
